1. Subscription Fees
PracticeConnector is a Software as a Service (SAAS) company that charges on a month-to-month basis after an initial 6-month commitment.
2. 6-Month Commitment
During the first 6 months of service, PracticeConnector does not offer any refunds as part of our initial commitment agreement. The subscription fees for the initial 6 months are non-refundable, even in the case of termination before the commitment period ends.
3. Monthly Subscription
After the initial 6-month commitment, our services transition into a month-to-month subscription. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that we do not provide partial refunds for unused service within a given month.
To cancel your subscription, please contact our Customer Service Team. Your cancellation will take effect from the start of the next billing cycle.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This process may take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
