  1. Billing and Payment

    1.1. PracticeConnector offers both monthly and yearly billing options. By signing up for our Service, you agree to the billing frequency you choose.

    1.2. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You shall be responsible for the payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

  2. Cancellation and Termination

    2.1. You may cancel your account at any time by following the cancellation procedures provided in the Service.

    2.2. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing cycle.

    2.3. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused months with an open account.

    3.1. PracticeConnector operates on a SAAS structure. Our Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Updates and changes might be made without prior notice to enhance the efficiency and functionality.

    4.1. All content, including but not limited to, logos, graphics, text, and software used in connection with the Service is the property of PracticeConnector or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

    5.1. PracticeConnector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
